Much Water Are You Drinking Every Day

About 70% of the body is made up of water, while 71% of the earth's surface is covered with water. Since water is found everywhere, people take it for granted, and drinking a sufficient amount is not included in their list of priorities. Among the different parts of the body, the kidneys depend a lot on sufficient water intake. Though these organs may not get much attention just like the heart or lungs, they have many important functions that help maintain the health of the body. Reasons to Drink Water The cells and organs of our body need water so that they can function well. In addition, this vital fluid regulates blood pressure, lubricates the joints, helps in the passage of food through the intestines, and protects the spinal cord and sensitive tissues. Some of the water needed by the body comes from foods that have a high content of water - such as soups, oranges and tomatoes - but most of it comes from drinking water and other beverages. Treatment Explained for Everyone

During the process of coagulation, liquid aluminum sulfate or alum and/or polymer is mixed with raw or untreated water. The mixture causes the tiny dirt particles in the water to stick to one another or coagulate. Then, these dirt particles form groups that stick together and form flocs, larger heavier particles that can be removed easily by filtration or settling. Sedimentation When the particles of water and flocs go through the treatment process, they flow into the sedimentation basins. Here the water runs slowly, letting the heavy floc particles settle to the bottom. Floc that accumulates on the bottom of the basin is known as sludge, which is channeled to drying lagoons. Direct Filtration does not include the sedimentation step, and filtration is the only process by which the floc is removed. aczKK5DW UsZy5Av8 yGCTAPs2 mOtzXS4x yjssensD PQSHhvP4 ieYThFZA Kyj9OsRD 1LDIdpph rt7lHgym iCeesGXo UvoYv6Zi pqJhVpL2 f39bQ6Oi OkWHoMmc a3RTQqZO NdSDb6GP D18eK1nb GmjqtC...
